These Terms of Use govern your use of the website aiprocess.ae (the "Website"), operated by NTDA LLC ("aiprocess.ae", "we", "us"), licensed by Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) Free Zone. By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about our AI automation and consulting services. The content is for information only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or technical advice. Any services are provided only under a separate written agreement.

Nothing on the Website is a binding offer. Project scope, timelines and fees are agreed individually in writing after a discovery call and assessment.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Website in breach of any applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or related systems;
• send spam, malicious code or automated requests through the contact form;
• copy, scrape or reproduce the Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. Intellectual property

The Website, including its text, design, graphics, logo and the name "aiprocess.ae", is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party product names and logos shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only, without implying endorsement or partnership.

The Website may link to third-party websites and services, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
