Frequently asked questions

Do we have to commit to all five steps?

No. Each step ends with a clear deliverable and you decide whether to continue. Many clients start with the Systems Audit to get a clear picture before deciding on implementation.

How involved does our team need to be?

We need short interviews during the audit, quick decisions during the blueprint and some time for testing during implementation. We keep the load on your team as light as possible.

What happens after the support period?

You can continue with an ongoing support agreement, or your team can run the automations independently using the documentation we provide.

Where is our data stored?

Wherever possible, data stays in the systems you already use. When we use additional services, we explain where data is processed and agree it with you in advance.
