This Privacy Policy explains how NTDA LLC ("aiprocess.ae", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit aiprocess.ae (the "Website") or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL") and its implementing regulations.

1. Who we are

The data controller is NTDA LLC, licensed by Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) Free Zone, with its address at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us about privacy matters at info@aiprocess.ae.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Information you give us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp: your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company size, the areas you want to automate and the content of your message.
  • Information shared during a project: business contact details of your team and, where a project requires it, data contained in the systems we are asked to connect. This processing is governed by a separate agreement.
  • Technical and usage data: anonymous, aggregated statistics about page visits collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Our hosting provider also processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and reliability.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through the Website. Please do not include such data in your messages.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call: based on your consent, given when you submit the contact form, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To deliver our services: to perform a contract with you or your company.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Website: based on our legitimate interests, for example preventing spam and abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations: for example accounting, tax and regulatory requirements in the UAE.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where necessary, with service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms, including:

  • Website hosting, security and analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.)
  • Email delivery for the contact form (Resend)
  • Email, office and communication tools we use to run our business, including WhatsApp
  • Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we do so in line with Articles 22 and 23 of the PDPL, for example to countries with an adequate level of protection or under contractual safeguards that ensure an appropriate level of protection.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless a business relationship begins. Client and contract data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards as required by UAE law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. How we protect your data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls based on least privilege, secure credential management and vetted service providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of a data breach where required by the PDPL.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the PDPL, you have the right to:

  • obtain information about the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure of your data;
  • request restriction of processing, and object to processing;
  • request transfer of your data to another controller (data portability), where technically feasible;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, email info@aiprocess.ae. We may need to verify your identity. You also have the right to file a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

9. Cookies

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

10. Children

The Website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
